Yes - contact us in advance and we’ll update it for you.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes - subscriptions auto-renew, but you can cancel with 7 days’ notice.

What’s the cut-off for delivery?


Orders placed before 1 PM are prepared for next-day subscription delivery.

Can I add a personal note or gift?

Yes - add candles or extras at checkout and include a personal message.

Can I buy a one-off bouquet?


Yes - single orders are available, but our focus is on making flower subscriptions a part of daily life.

Delivery Details

Delivery Days: Monday to Friday
First

Delivery: You choose your preferred start date when setting up your subscription


Ongoing Deliveries: Flowers arrive on the same day each cycle (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly)


Delivery Times: Residential addresses delivered between 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm; business addresses by 5:00 pm


Coverage: We deliver Auckland-wide, including Central, North Shore, West, South, East, and select rural suburbs (exact zones and fees shown at checkout)


If You’re Not Home: Couriers will leave flowers in a safe place. If no safe option is available, a note will be left and re-delivery fees may apply

Payments & Billing

Payment Schedule: Payments are processed automatically three days before each scheduled delivery

Payment Methods: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Afterpay accepted

Subscriptions: Auto-renew unless cancelled with 7 days’ notice
