Introduction
Welcome to Whispering Flower. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Orders & Payments
- All prices are in NZD and include GST.
- Payment must be received in full before orders are processed.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Afterpay.
Delivery
- Deliveries are available Auckland-wide (see our Delivery Policy for zones, fees, and cut-off times).
- Same-day delivery cut-off is 1:00pm; next-day delivery cut-off is 4pm the day before.
- We cannot guarantee exact delivery times but will make every effort to deliver within our stated timeframes.
Subscriptions
- Subscriptions renew automatically according to your selected frequency (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly).
- If you need to make a change to your subscription please contact us at we@whisperingflower.co.nz with reasonable notice before your next scheduled delivery.
- Complimentary gifts (e.g. free first-delivery candle) are limited to one per household.
Returns & Refunds
- Flowers are perishable. Refunds or replacements are offered if products arrive damaged or unsatisfactory.
- Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof.
Liability
- We are not responsible for delays outside our control (traffic, weather, courier issues).
- Whispering Flower’s liability is limited to the value of the order.
