Whispering Flower – Delivery Information
Whispering Flower delivers beautiful blooms, coffee bundles, and thoughtful gifts across the Auckland region, six days a week. Our experienced floral couriers ensure your order arrives fresh, on time, and beautifully presented.
1.1 ZONE ONE: INNER AUCKLAND SUBURBS
Monday – Friday Delivery Fees:
Same Day - $18
Next Day - $14
Saturday Delivery Fees:
Same Day - $20
Next Day - $18
Delivery Timeframes & Cut-offs
Delivery service available 6 days a week | Hourly courier pickups
Order before 1:00 PM Monday to Saturday for guaranteed same-day delivery.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be delivered on the next available delivery day.
Business deliveries should be placed before 12:00 PM to ensure arrival within business hours.
Delivery times are flexible; couriers operate until 7 PM. It is not possible to request specific delivery times.
No deliveries are available on Sunday but click and collect is available.

1.3 ZONE THREE: RURAL & OUTER AUCKLAND
Rural deliveries typically require 2-3 days notice. Please place orders no later than
Wednesday for delivery within this timeframe.
Rural Delivery Fee: $30
No deliveries are available on Saturday or Sunday
Delivery times vary based on courier schedules.
1.4 STORE PICK-UP
Customers may select ‘Store Pickup’ during the checkout process
Please provide an approximate collection time to ensure we have your order ready.
Collection is available during store hours:
Monday to Friday: 7.30am - 7pm
Saturday: 9am - 7pm
Sunday: 9am - 5pm
Public holidays closed

Click and Collect Fee: Free
1.5 DELIVERY CONDITIONS & REDELIVERY
Delivery times are flexible; couriers operate until 7 PM. It is not possible to request specific delivery times.
If there is no one to receive the flowers, we will leave them in a safe place if accessible.
Should the courier be unable to safely deliver or find no secure place, they will contact the recipient or sender.
Re-delivery fees may apply if delivery details are incorrect or no contact is provided.
For deliveries to apartments or secured buildings, it is mandatory to provide a recipient phone number and any necessary access details.
Presence of dogs or other pets at the delivery address may require courier contact with the recipient.
Locked gates may prevent delivery. If the courier cannot contact the recipient, additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery.

1.7 PUBLIC HOLIDAYS & PEAK PERIODS
Deliveries run daily except major public holidays. During peak events such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas, courier hours are extended and same-day cut-offs may close earlier due to demand.
